Questions about compliance

What does "activated at onboarding" mean?

The technical integration is built and ready in the platform; we carry out the official registration step with the authority when your fleet is activated, because it requires your organization's data and the authority's approval.

Are you a government or certified entity?

No; Devetrust is a private company, not affiliated with nor certified by any government entity. We build the technical integration with those authorities' systems.

Is the WASL integration actually built?

Yes; it is built and developed to the Elm v2.28 contract, and is activated with your fleet at onboarding.

Is ZATCA invoicing ready?

The platform generates Phase-2 invoices in XML with a QR code to ZATCA requirements; the official connection to the Fatoora system is activated when your organization is registered.

How is our data protected?

In layers, so no single failure exposes anything. The server refuses every incoming connection except the few published ports; everything else is closed by default. Traffic is encrypted with TLS 1.3 and AES-256. Who you are is checked twice on every request — once at the web layer, then again by the service itself, which never trusts the layer in front of it. Permissions are checked against your role before anything runs. Each organization's data is walled off by the database itself, so even a flawed query cannot reach another organization's records. Every change is written to an audit trail. And if a security check cannot run for any reason, the request is refused rather than let through.

Is the interface fully Arabic?

Yes; the interface is Arabic-native and right-to-left, with an optional Hijri calendar and SAR on every report and invoice.
