Customer Rights & Responsibilities

1. Ownership of your data

Your fleet, driver, and vehicle data always remains your organization's property. We do not sell it, share it with third parties for marketing purposes, or use it to train any model or product outside the operation of your own account. Full detail is on the Privacy Policy page.

2. Your right to export your data

You may request a copy of your data (vehicle, driver, trip, and report records) in a machine-readable format (CSV or JSON) through the Contact channels. We prepare the export within 10 business days of a documented request.

3. On termination

Your access to your data stays available for 30 days after subscription termination, so you can pull a final copy. After that period, your data is securely deleted or anonymized per the retention rules on the Privacy Policy page — except where Saudi law requires longer retention (such as regulatory compliance records).

4. Notice of changes

Any material change to features or pricing reaches you with at least 30 days' notice before it takes effect on your existing subscription. The full price-lock-on-renewal commitment is on the Terms of Use page.

5. What we commit to

• A genuinely Arabic-first interface, Hijri calendar, and SAR figures throughout.
• Complete isolation of your organization's data from every other customer's.
• Notifying you of any security incident affecting your data without undue delay, as required by the Personal Data Protection Law.
• Direct contact channels, with no layers of automated call centers.

6. What we ask of you

• Accuracy of the data your organization enters (vehicle, driver, and billing information).
• Using the service within what Saudi law and the Terms of Use permit.
• Protecting the login credentials of your organization's users.
